Men’s golf closes season at ASUN Championship

DOTHAN, Ala. – The Bellarmine men's golf team closed their 2023-24 season with a 12th-place finish at the ASUN Championship Tuesday afternoon at Highland Oaks in southern Alabama.
 
Lipscomb cruised to the conference title at minus-16, 17 strokes better than second-place Central Arkansas. The Bisons' Will Holan won the individual title after a playoff with teammate Ford Goldasich and Florida Gulf Coast's Joe Sullivan.
 
The Knights finished at plus-66, seven strokes behind 11th-place Austin Peay.
 
Luke Bischoff was the Knights' top finisher for the fourth straight event and seventh time overall this season. The sophomore finished in 29th place at plus-7.
 
Frankie Morgan carded a 71 (minus-1) in the first round for the Knights' low score of the tournament. It was the senior's seventh round under par this season.
