LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Bellarmine University women's tennis continues its fall tournament schedule this weekend, traveling to Bloomington, IN for the Hoosier Classic, hosted by Indiana University, Friday, October 3 to Sunday, October 5 at the IU Tennis Center.
The Knights will join the Hoosiers as well as Northern Illinois, Chicago State, Butler, Louisville and Purdue.
Play on all three days will begin with doubles action at 9 am E.T while singles matches will follow at the conclusion of doubles. There are three doubles flights and six singles flights set for the weekend.
Bellarmine opened the season with the Bellarmine Alumni Invite in which the Knights hosted Thomas More, Grace College and Oakland City. BU went 4-0 in its duals, defeating Thomas More 7-0, Grace College 6-1 and Oakland City 7-0 twice.

Reese Parker and freshman Claudia Fusté Fernández all went 8-0, with four wins coming in both singles and doubles. Despite taking the only singles loss of the weekend, junior
Marika Caruk still turned in an impressive 7-1 overall record while going 4-0 in doubles.
