LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The Bellarmine University men's and women's swimming teams will officially open their 2025-26 season this weekend, traveling to Indianapolis, IN for the IU Indy Double Dual at the IU Natatorium.
Action in the pool is set to begin at 11 am E.T. Bellarmine will join host IU Indy as well as Bowling Green State University, St. Louis, Xavier and Butler in the competition.
The Knights are led by head coach
Gord Veldman who enters his third year at the helm of the program. In addition to Veldman, assistant coach
Grace McCormick is back for her fifth season as an assistant. Veldman added to his staff this season, bringing in two former Knights in Sam Russell as a graduate assistant and Jacob Dray as a volunteer assistant coach.
