MANAHAWKIN, N.J. – The Bellarmine field hockey team placed 15 players on the National Field Hockey Coaches Association 2025 Division I National Academic Squad and six on the Division I Scholars of Distinction list, the group has announced.
The Division I National Academic Squad program honors student-athletes who have achieved a cumulative grade-point average of 3.5 or higher through the first semester of the 2025-26 academic year.

Ella Bonnell,
Maria Bonwell,
Reilly Casey,
Megan Clauser,
Eve Gladys,
Addyson Hough,
Alicia Hudson,
Dominique Hudson,
Amber Lacy,
Annie Malloy,
Annie McCarthy,
Cami Paris,
Luna Tuncay and
Kailey Workman. For
Alicia Hudson and Workman, it was each their fourth time earning the honor.
The NFHCA also recognized Bonnell, Bonwell, Lacy, McCarthy, Paris and Tuncay among 335 student-athletes as Division I Scholars of Distinction. The Scholars of Distinction program recognizes student-athletes who have achieved a cumulative grade-point average of 3.9 or higher through the fall semester of the 2025-26 academic year.
Lastly, the Knights were one of 60 Division I programs recognized with the 2025 NFHCA Division I National Academic Team Award, granted to programs that have achieved a team GPA of 3.5 or higher during the fall semester.
