LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The Bellarmine University volleyball team is set for a 25-match 2026 regular season slate, with 14 coming in Atlantic Sun Conference action.

The Knights, who are entering year five under head coach Rick Nold, set a Division I era record for most wins in a season with 11 last year with five coming in ASUN play, marking the second most since joining the league in 2020.

BU will host 11 home matches in 2027 while taking to the road for 14.

HOME MATCHES
Bellarmine won't have to wait long for its first home match, opening the season in Knights Hall with the Bellarmine Classic August 28-29 hosting Rutgers, Purdue Fort Wayne and Evansville. From there, the Knights will have to wait 13 days before returning home for a match against Butler on September 12. After another week on the road and a week off, Bellarmine will open its ASUN schedule with a three-match homestand, first hosting Lipscomb on September 26 before welcoming Jacksonville and North Florida on October 2 and 3, respectively. The Knights will conclude their home schedule with a four-game ASUN homestand October 23-31. The homestand kicks off on October 23 when Stetson comes to town, followed by a match with Florida Gulf Coast on October 24. The next weekend, Bellarmine hosts Queens on October 30 before closing out the home season with the newest member of the ASUN in West Florida on October 31.

ROAD MATCHES
After opening the season at home, the Knights will hit the road for most of their remaining non-conference schedule. Bellarmine will play its first road matches as part of the Blue Ridge Volleyball Classic, hosted by UNC Asheville, taking on the host Bulldogs on September 4 before playing a doubleheader against Western Carolina and Jacksonville State on September 5. From there the Knights will stay on the road with a trip to Butler on September 10. On September 18, Bellarmine will travel to Radford for the Radford Invitational, its final MTE event of the season. After taking on Norfolk State and Chattanooga on the 18th, Bellarmine will face off against the host Highlanders on September 19. The Knights will open their ASUN road schedule with four consecutive matches away from home, beginning on October 9 with a trip to Florida Gulf Coast. On October 11, BU will travel to Stetson before heading to West Florida and Queens on October 16 and 18, respectively. Bellarmine will then close out the regular season with three final road matches, heading to North Florida on November 6, Jacksonville on November 7 and Lipscomb on November 14.
