MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — Sophomore
Vendula Kryslova paced the Bellarmine University women's tennis team Friday-Sunday at the MTSU Invitational after going a combined 7-1.
In addition to Bellarmine and host Middle Tennessee State, participants included Lipscomb, Eastern Kentucky, Western Kentucky and Tennessee State.
Kryslova went 4-0 in singles play, defeating opponents from Eastern Kentucky, Tennessee State, Middle Tennessee State and Lipscomb. Kryslova and freshman
Erica Kanna Hagi posted a 3-1 doubles mark, taking down squads from Middle Tennessee State, Eastern Kentucky and Tennessee State.
Freshman
Marika Caruk posted singles wins over competitors from Eastern Kentucky and Tennessee State. Caruk also teamed with freshman
Nikola Kollaritsch for a pair of doubles victories, defeating foes from Eastern Kentucky and Tennessee State.
Kollaritsch collected another doubles win with freshman
Jai Garris against a Tennessee State squad. Both notched a singles victory against a member of the Tigers.

Lillie Willis registered a pair of singles wins after defeating opponents from Tennessee State and Middle Tennessee State.
Bellarmine will compete Oct. 17-22 in the ITA Regional in Knoxville, Tennessee.
