She tied for ninth out of 82 golfers at +10 and led the Knights with seven birdies. The Assumption product has been the Knights' top finisher in the last two of the last three events. Davis is coming off a career-best finish at Evansville, tying for 14
th out of 68 at +13. Buchanan finished in the top half of the field for the first time this season last time out at the Braun Intercollegiate, tying for 34th out of 68 at +18. Davis, Buchanan and Ackermann are the only three Knights who will have started all five events. Nelson is making her fourth start this season and fifth overall appearance. Her three birdies at Evansville tied with
Rozlyn Rooke for the most by a Knight. Her best finish this fall was at +14, tying for 36th out of 79 at A-Ga-Ming. Dunkle tied for 66th at Butler in her second career appearance and first career start. This will be Terris' third career appearance; she earned a start at A-Ga-Ming in the first event of the season.
About the Course: "With scenic vistas of the northern Alabama landscape, the Highlands course has a blend of tree-lined and links-style holes. An old mule barn just off the fairway on the fifth hole is one of the more recognizable landmarks on the Trail and will punish a second shot that leaks short and right. Creeks or ponds are in play on 13 holes, including on the 16th and 17th, a strong par-3 and par-5 combo where the approach shots must be precise to avoid water lurking short and right." –GolfDigest.com
Last Time Out: Bellarmine tied for seventh out of 12 at the Charles Braun Jr. Intercollegiate, held at Oak Meadow Country Club in Evansville, Ind. It was the best finish for the Knights through four tournaments this season.
Last Time at Event: The Knights placed last in a field of six at last year's installment of The Robbie. They also opened their spring season at the Highlands Course and placed 10th out of 12 at the Huntsville.org Intercollegiate. Lastly, they finished the year placing 12th of 12 in the ASUN Women's Golf Championship at the course. In all, Bellarmine played nine rounds at the site during the 2024-25 season.
