Box Score DELAND, Fl. – Bellarmine women's tennis opened Atlantic Sun Conference play on Saturday, dropping a contest at Stetson 6-1 in the Mandy Stoll Tennis Center.

With the loss, the Knights move to 2-9 on the season and open ASUN play 0-1.

Stetson swept all three doubles matches to secure the team point.

Lillie Willies earned the lone point for Bellarmine at No. 5 singles. After dropping the first set 7-6, Willis re-focused and evened the match with a 7-5 set two win before going on to a 1-0 (10-5) super tie breaker win to earn secure the point and victory over her opponent.

Up next, Bellarmine will continue its Florida swing, traveling to Jacksonville for a meeting with North Florida on March 4.
