JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Freshman
Will Bracher placed fourth in the men's shot put in leading Bellarmine University track and field Friday on the second day of the ASUN Outdoor Championship at the University of North Florida's Hodges Stadium.
Bracher earned five points with his heave of 16.03m. Senior
AJ Goecker produced four points after placing fifth in the 3000m steeplechase in 9:09.52. Senior
Taylor White tallied a point in the women's 3000m steeplechase after placing eighth and broke her own program record with a new highwater mark of 10:59.40.
Bellarmine had four men qualify for the finals in separate events. Advancing after the Friday prelims were junior
Zac Hutslar in the 100m (11.00), freshman
Grant King in the 400m (50.18), junior
Zander Hooten in the 110 hurdles (14.58) and junior
Alex Hooten in the 800m (1:51.75).
Saturday represents the third and final day of the ASUN Outdoor Championship.
