JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Bellarmine University men's soccer's Johan Nissen-Lie was among 12 players selected to the Preseason All-ASUN Team.

The junior forward was the ASUN co-Player of the Year last season after leading the conference in goals (10), points (20), shots (49) and shots on goal (22). All were Division-I era program records.

Nissen-Lie was recently identified by the United Soccer Coaches as a Player to Watch among forwards for possible inclusion on the 2026 Missouri Athletic Club Hermann Trophy watchlist. The Hermann Trophy is presented annually to the Division I National Players of the Year as voted by Division I College Coaches at the end of the regular season.

In addition to ASUN co-POY honors, Nissen-Lie's list of accolades last season included first-team All-ASUN, second-team All-Atlantic Region and ASUN All-Tournament Team recognition.
